Operations Director

Helen is responsible for all aspects of Norcott's infrastructure and asset base including finance, legal, administration and human resources.

Having achieved a childhood ambition flying as Cabin Crew for British Airways on it's new 777 fleet, Helen's career changed direction.

Acquiring qualifications in Business Studies, Management and Accountancy she became a founding staff member of Norcott as a Technical PA to the Directors. Over the years Helen has rapidly expanded her role and contribution to the company's development occupying the position of Administrative Manager until her promotion to the Board of Directors in March 2000.
