Russ is responsible for all sales and marketing activties across the Norcott group.

He has extensive experience in senior management, in particular business development. He was instrumental in the creation of the PCB and Manufacturing (CEM) divisions of Kemitron plc growing these to a combined turnover of £14M. before their sale in 1997.

Prior to joining Norcott he was Operations Manager with Invotec Blackburn, a division of the UK's largest PCB manufacturing group with a turnover in excess of £30M.
