Norcott to install new Nordson Dage Quadra 3 X-Ray System

As part of our ongoing investment programme, we are pleased to announce the purchase of a new Quadra 3 X-Ray system from Nordson Dage.

The new generation Quadra 3 is being brought in to replace our aging Nordson Dage 7500 X-Ray machine.

This latest generation machine will bring with it a host of new features and improvements with inbuilt automated tools for BGA quality analysis, bump diameter and roundness, wire sweep, solder and QFN voiding, to make quick work of finding potential assembly defects.
